COVID-19 Letter From Administrator – March 30, 2020

Dear Family Members and Guardians,

Hope all is well.  I want to thank you all again for your continued patience and support during this time of social distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  We continue to monitor and look to our state and federal governing bodies for updates and guidance for COVID-19.  Our priority is our continued commitment to the residents entrusted to our care.  The continued support we receive via phone calls and emails is greatly appreciated.

In the last email that was sent, I had mentioned that the facility would be offering alternate means of communication as a way of connecting to your loved one.  We have used the ZOOM app with great success.  Please continue to contact the facility and work with our staff to use this alternate means to communicate with your loved ones.  Also, we will keep our Facebook page updated with instructions on how to set-up a time and use ZOOM.  Our Facebook handle is @TremontRehab.

Last Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 2:30PM, we hosted our first virtual “Town Hall Meeting” conference call.  Please note that we will continue to host these “Town Hall” meetings each Tuesday at 2:30PM.  Our next one is scheduled for Tuesday March 31, 2020 at 2:30PM.  As with last time, please look for an email coming directly from ZOOM where they will provide you with the information necessary to connect to the call.  These calls will cover any questions you may have.  This is your time and we want to make sure that your needs are being met.

If you prefer using email, you can send us your questions to: Info@TremontRehab.com.  Our team will work hard to ensure a quick response.

Please continue to reach out if you have any further questions.

Thank you again for your understanding.

 Respectfully,

 Michael Medeiros, RN, LNHA
