Update from Administrator – December 13, 2021

Dear Family Members and Guardians,

I am writing to update you regarding the current Covid outbreak here at Tremont. We have had no new Resident test positive for Covid-19. We also had no new staff member test positive.  We are testing staff and Residents again this week per DPH guidelines. Provided we have no new positive case(s) we will be clear from quarantine on December 17, 2021.  Visitation will remain in place as outlined in my previous correspondence.  Zoom visits will continue and are available for residents to communicate with friends and family members. Zoom visits can be scheduled with our recreational department.

We will send updates after our results come in. Please contact the Administrator or Director of Nursing Services if you have any questions at 508-295-1040.  If you prefer using email, you can send us your questions to: Info@TremontRehab.com.  Our team will work hard to ensure a quick response. Thank you for all your support that you have been giving us during these difficult times.

Remember we always offer visitations using our technology (iPads, tablets, calls, etc.) and when we can, window visits and outside visits.
